- 5 large cucumbers
- 4-5 yellow apples like Ginger Gold, Golden Delicious, Jonagold
- 15 mint leaves
Wash cucumbers, apples, and mint.
Slice cucumbers in half lengthwise (to make them fit in the juicer). Core and quarter the apples. You do not need to peel them.
Juice everything in the juicer according to manufacturer instructions.
Serve right away.
Variations and Tips
Want it to be sweeter? Add more apples or use fewer cucumbers.
No juicer? Blend the cucumbers, apples, and mint with a splash of water, and then strain through a fine mesh sieve.
Making it a cocktail? A splash of gin or vodka works well with this green juice.
